Located in the heart of Moreno Valley, CA, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees. If you have a knack for customer service and a year of experience in the industry, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of Empire Gardens, guiding our customers through their cannabis journey with expertise and care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Educating customers on the benefits, uses, and effects of various cannabis products.
- Assisting with product selection, ensuring customers leave with the perfect fit for their needs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and updating displays.
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest cannabis trends, products, and regulations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- ✅ At least 1 year of experience in a related role (cannabis industry experience preferred).
- ✅ A friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- ✅ Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects.
- ✅ Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- ✅ A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
