This critical care Registered Nurse position is part of a float pool, working night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM), 36 hours per week, including every other weekend. The role requires providing skilled nursing care in ICU and PCU settings within a trauma level I or II facility. Extensive experience in critical care is necessary, and previous travel or EPIC experience is preferred. The position demands strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and PCU settings.
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and assessing their condition.
- Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Responding effectively to emergency situations.
- Floating to different units within the hospital as needed.
- Passing a tele test on the first day of employment.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN).
- 2-5 years of ICU experience.
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- EPIC experience.
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a trauma level I facility.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
Special Considerations:
- Night shift position (7 PM - 7 AM), 36 hours/week, including every other weekend.
- Float pool assignment to ICU and PCU.
- Must pass a tele test on the first day of employment; failure results in termination.
- Candidates who have worked for any Beth Israel facility (permanent or travel) within the last six months are not eligible.

- Every other weekend rotation.
