Job Description

Yes Mediate provides alternative dispute resolution services to individuals, companies, and communities throughout the United States and abroad. When local to Texas, our neutrals meet with parties in a secure conference setting with hybrid meeting capabilities. Our roster of highly qualified and experienced Mediators, Arbitrators, Ombudsmen, and Facilitators assist parties in exploring and creating mutually satisfactory resolutions to conflict.

About the position :

In this role, an Executive Chauffeur provides safe, reliable transportation and personal security for the executives. The role combines chauffeur duties with protective services to ensure the executives’ safety and comfort. This position requires excellent driving skills, discretion, situational awareness, and the ability to respond quickly to potential threats.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to and from destinations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safety of executives during transit and at various locations.
  • Plan and coordinate routes for safe and timely alternatives when necessary.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of transportation between personal and professional obligations.
  • Assist executives and executive assistant in securing the appropriate chauffeur/professional driver licenses and credentials for the company vehicles and drivers.
  • Protect executives from physical threats or unauthorized access.
  • Must successfully complete all company-approved security and driving training
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving history
  • Must pass an annual background & security check
  • Will be subject to random drug screening to comply with insurance requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule all routine vehicle maintenance as required.
  • Maintain the company vehicle to keep it clean and comfortable for executives.
  • Perform errands around the Houston area for executives, including returns/ purchases/ pick-up to stores and post offices/ UPS/FedEx; deliver items; and coordinate deliveries at the office and/or the executive’s personal residence.
  • Depending on company needs, administrative or clerical duties may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree preferred; or
  • 3+ years’ experience with professional driving/chauffeur service
  • Prior experience in law enforcement or military is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Must be able to operate technology hardware and software necessary to perform assigned duties/responsibilities
  • Has excellent computer skills (particularly with MS Office products, Adobe, and other business software)
  • Has excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Is resourceful and independent; able to work quickly and effectively with multiple tasks from multiple sources with little to no supervision
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion, sound judgment and decision-making when working with company executives or clients. (critical)
  • Is a proactive self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and manage details

Environment:

  • In-person (Employee may work administrative duties from home until the company office is set up.)
  • Monday – Sunday (This role works primarily with the CEO and will require on-call hours)
  • Executive Chauffeur’s attire must include a vest or sports coat when on duty.
  • Domestic travel required 30% of the time.
