Hot Diggity Dog Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We provide boarding, daycare, bathing, and grooming services for dogs in a safe and fun environment. Our front desk team is the heart of the resort—welcoming guests, helping pet parents, and making sure every dog’s visit is smooth and enjoyable.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and checking dogs in/out for services
Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
Scheduling reservations and managing bookings
Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with light administrative tasks
Providing excellent customer service to both people and pets
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
Comfortable working in a pet care environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy setting
Basic computer skills (scheduling, point-of-sale, email)
Reliable and punctual
