What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and professional Nail Technician to join our growing team. If you are passionate about the latest nail trends, enjoy building relationships with clients, thrive in a high-end salon setting, and love social media content, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Nail Services: Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures (including our signature specialty pedicures).
• Enhancements: Proficiently apply, remove, and touch up on both natural nails and artificial nails (gel polish, builder gel, gel X, acrylic)
• Artistry: Stay current with the latest trends and provide creative nail art/designs upon client request.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation. Sterilize all tools according to Pennsylvania state regulations and salon standards.
• Client Experience: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client preferences and assess nail health. Provide a welcoming, professional, and "modern luxury" experience.
• Education: Advise clients on proper nail care and promote retail products to help maintain their results at home.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Nail Technician or Cosmetology license.
• Experience: Previous experience in a professional salon environment is preferred, but we are open to talented new graduates with a strong work ethic.
• Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of nail anatomy, chemical safety, and various application techniques (Gel, Acrylic, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude in a social, fast-paced environment.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with the ability to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
