ADZ Law, LLP is a client-centered, woman-owned family law practice with over 50 years of collective experience in social justice advocacy. We represent clients through complex family matters with a trauma-informed approach, balancing fierce advocacy with compassionate support.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced, tech-savvy paralegal to join our dynamic team of 9 attorneys, including a private judge. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in family law, domestic violence advocacy, and civil litigation while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage electronic filing and court document preparation
• Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings
• Assist with case file preparation for hearings and trials
• Handle calendaring, document management, and scanning
• Support attorneys with case management and client communication

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years family law or civil litigation experience
• Knowledge of local/state court rules and filing procedures (multiple counties)
• Proficiency in Adobe, Clio (Grow/Manage), Microsoft Office, Lawyay
• Extensive familiarity with Judicial Council family law forms
• Experience with discovery processes (propounding and responding)
• Excellence in written and oral communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work with trauma-affected clients with sensitivity
