Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our dental family. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. This role is highly patient focused and most of your day will be spent making sure each visit is as smooth and positive as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Experience:

• Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism.
• Make check-in and checkout easy, accurate, and friendly.
• Communicate clearly and kindly in person, on the phone, and through text.
• Welcome new patients and guide them through their first visit.

Teamwork:

• Share front desk responsibilities with fellow coordinators and assist with scheduling, check-out and treatment planning.
• Support smooth patient flow by helping with communication between all team-members.

Qualifications:

• Prior dental or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Many of us began our careers here with no dental experience. If you are naturally curious, a fast learner, and ready to jump into a new field, we would love to consider you.
• Strong computer skills (dental systems a plus).
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working on a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to switch tasks with ease. Accuracy is key in this role.

Schedule:

• Full-time, about 32 hours per week (4 days, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm).

Benefits (after 90 days):

• 80 hours PTO + Paid Holidays.
