Experience: 3–6 months in customer service or call center roles. Remote work experience is a plus.
Typing & Accuracy: Ability to type at least 40 WPM with good accuracy. Mistakes can happen—but you care enough to catch and correct them.
Home Office Setup:
Windows PC (Win 10 or 11) with at least 2 GB RAM and a processor 2 GHz+ (Intel or AMD).
Wired internet connection only (no WiFi), with speeds of at least 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload .
USB headset with a mic. And a quiet place to work—no continuous background noise.
Communication Skills: Great verbal and listening skills; friendly, clear, and helpful tone.
Self-Starter: You can manage yourself, learn quickly, adapt to policies, and consistently meet targets.
Availability: At least 20 hours/month ; more if you want.
Trust & Integrity: Must pass background checks; protect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Handle/support customer interactions via calls, chat, and email .
Keep records, follow up on issues, and ensure problems are resolved.
Meet quality and speed targets (response times, resolution metrics, etc.).
Share feedback and help us improve customer support policies and workflows.
