About the RoleAs our Sommelier , you will lead wine service and development for our beverage program, working directly with the Executive Chef and leadership team. You will curate offerings, guide pairings, educate guests and staff, and drive our shared mission to evolve toward Wine Spectator’s Grand Award in the seasons ahead.
This position offers hands-on collaboration with top winemakers and wineries across Oregon and beyond, making it ideal for someone serious about building their career and credentials in wine.
Who We’re Looking ForActively pursuing or planning to pursue Advanced Sommelier or Master Sommelier certification (CMS, WSET Diploma, or equivalent)
At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining or wine-driven restaurant
Outstanding knowledge of Old World and domestic wines, especially Oregon
Comfortable managing inventory, curating lists, and providing exceptional table-side service
Organized, passionate, collaborative, and kind
Excited to join a high-performing team with shared goals
