Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements.
• Prepare accurate and timely journal entries during monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Update monthly account reconciliations in support of ending asset and liability balances; research and resolve reconciling items.
• Reconcile daily cash posting in the subledger to the bank and general ledger.
• Oversee fixed asset processing, tracking, and reporting.
• Support external audits by preparing audit schedules and pulling support documentation.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with Special projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 - 3 years accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skills.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare Experience a plus.
