Compensation: $60,000 - $160,000 yearly Responsibilities: Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics Close sales using exceptional customer service to ensure a positive sales experience Uphold the dealership’s reputation and core values for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance Arrange and accompany the demonstration of the inventory to interested customers Prospect and steward well the large number of leads that are provided Qualifications: One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred General knowledge of car features, the auto sales industry, financing, and customer relationship management is necessary Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and an acceptable driving record Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount One year of minimum auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or higher About Company Join our team and discover a work environment that encourages your growth and supports your journey.
